Dear Aikido organizations,

Today I am happy to address you about 12th Congress of the international Aikido Federation (IAF) and concomitant events coming in this autumn.

The mass meeting of IAF in every four years will be held from September 25th through October 2nd this year in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.

During this period there also will be an International Seminar to be conducted by prominent Aikido instructors of the world and Friendship Demonstrations by many Aikido organizations around the globe as well as Farewell Party.

I expect on this occasion to receive as many attendees as possible from overseas and this commemorative event will become an opportunity to expedite furthermore friendship and good relations among the world Aikido practitioners, wich may lead to further development of Aikido across the world.

Aux dojos et aux représentants des organisations d’aïkido,

Aujourd’hui, je suis heureux de vous annoncer le 12ème Congrès de la Fédération internationale d’Aïkido (IAF ) et événements concomitants qui se tiendra cet automne.

Ce grand congrès qui a lieu tout les 4 ans se tiendra du 25 Septembre au 2 Octobre 2016 à Takasaki , préfecture de Gunma , Japon.

Au cours de ce congrès il se tiendra un séminaire dirigé par des instructeurs internationaux ainsi que diverse démonstrations. Une fête de clôture sera également organisée.

J’espère que ce séminaire sera l’occasion de recevoir le plus grand nombre possible de pratiquant internationaux et que cet événement commémoratif deviendra l’occasion d’accélérer en outre l’amitié et les bonnes relations entre les pratiquants d’Aikido du monde entier, ce qui peut conduire à la poursuite du développement de l’Aïkido à travers le monde.
